Easter Morning

We woke up to find that the Easter Bunny had come while we were sleeping. Reid at 6:30 and Quinn at 7:30! We opened presents, went to church. We were asked to take up communion and were a little nervous about how the boys would act, but everything went smoothly. We went home and had a little egg hunt. This time they got a little more than four eggs!

"The Easter Bunny came and bring these cars!!"

Just to make it clear, these are Quinn's cars!

Reid is helping his little brother.

This is my favorite!!

Finally, we are all looking at the camera... after 20 shots!

"Easter in the Park" at GB and Grandpas

Easter in the Park at GB and Grandpa's was lots of fun! The weather was beautiful. There was face painting, games, crafts, petting zoo, egg hunt, and of course, the Easter Bunny!

Grandpa taking Reid, Quinn, and their friend, Chandler for a little ride in the golf cart.
Quinn looks like he is playing hard to get!
Mmmm, cookies and juice!
I'm surprised Reid isn't afraid of this guy. I guess he knows he brings the good stuff!
High five!
Reid stayed soooo still while he got  this snake on his arm.
We didn't get a lot of loot. I guess I've been teaching "take turns" and "share" too much!
There were so many kids!
Aunt Suzanne!

"I can still throw holding this sippy cup!"

Hanging out...

Feeding the ducks bread!
I know this is cruel, because all of Quinn's videos are are him eating bread,
but it is just too funny!

The Bells are Here!!

We just got the bells in for Amanda and Patrick's wedding. The boys are going to be bell ringers and they are so excited! I don't think they quite know what is going on, but they sure love ringing those bells! Hopefully they won't sing Jingle Bells as they walk down the isle!!

Rodeo

Matt took the day off and we are on our way to the Rodeo. "All hat and no cattle!"
Who needs a horse when you have a double stroller to hold diapers, sippy cups, and snacks?!
Quinn loves the horses!
Giving Howdy high five.

This baby goat was eating my zipper!

THE BIG SLIDE!! You can't really tell from the video, but Reid did NOT like this. All of the people in the background are saying, "Oh, look at his face!"
He got out of there as fast as he could!

Boys at the Park

Our visit to the park after Quinn 18 month check-up. I figured we needed to do something fun after all of that crying. Poor thing! Reid kept saying, "I don't want Quinn to be sad anymore."

Quinn's First Haircut

Quinn's first haircut and Mommy really messed up. The lady asked if she could use clippers and I was so concerned with taking pictures that I said, "OK!" The event was traumatic, but thankfully it was over fairly quickly. He looks like such a big boy now!
The sippy cup isn't working this time!!
Reid just can't take it anymore!!
All smiles as we walk out the door!

Feeding the ducks???

While we were at GB and Grandpa's house, we spent a lot of time feeding the ducks, at least Reid did!

Bye Bye Pacifier

It was a sad evening in our house. Reid said, "goodbye" to his pacifier. I cut the tips off and he said, "Oh oh, my pacifiers are broke, Mommy. Get some tape to fix it!" Well, we just replaced the pacifier for his stuffed monkey! We'll see how much sleep we all get tonight!

Visiting GB and Grandpa

Last week we were up visiting GB and Grandpa for Dad's surgery. It was a very stressful time but it was much easier because of family. Suzanne, Cindy, Dennis, Artie, and Sandy came in. Thankfully, the surgery was a success and we will have Grandpa for many more years to come...thanks to everyone's prayers!
