Hit 'er Outta the Park

Look at Reid hitting the baseball. Looks like a natural! We had a hard time getting him to stop playing and come inside! Quinn is a natural at golf, too. He plays just like his mommy!!

Reid's Haircut

Reid needed a haircut today...so I gave him one myself! Yes, I added a little sculpting gel too!

Bowling with Connor

Today our friend, Connor, came over and the boys bowled! It was too cute! They each took turns and they even kept score! This was my favorite clip! We don't care how the pins go down, as long as they FALL! Yeah!!

Muscles

I know...I make him do this all the time now...he will never forgive me when he is 16!  Watch his hand when he shows his muscles!

Guess how long...

Guess how long it took to clean this guy up? We BOTH had to team up to finish the job! We've given up on bibs when we eat lasagna. It was everywhere...even in his diaper. Yikes!!

Tiny Dancers...

This is funny. I turned the web cam on so the boys could see themselves dance. I think the funniest is Matt in the back ground! No wonder they dance like that!

Making Pizza

Today we went to a pizza place where kids get to make their own pizza. Yummy!
I just had to keep Quinn from eating raw dough!
Look at that concentration!

Friends...

Yummy...pizza!

Quinn sings his ABCs

Quinn is singing his ABCs. I think he was a little distracted by the camera, but how cute is that face??

Strawberries are here!!

Here is our favorite farmers' market. They sell the best jalapeno and cheese sausage, too. I love these smushed faces. This is one of Reid's friends, Julian.
What a great place to find fruits and veggies!
It is nice to know that Quinn will eat something other than bread!
I think I'll just sit right here and eat!

Underwater tunnel at the Zoo

Zoo trip again today. We love the underwater tunnel. Last year Reid wouldn't go near it. Now we can't get him out.

Bluebonnets

We drove to see the bluebonnets near Brenham. We couldn't get a single shot of the kids looking at us. As you can see by the picture, Quinn didn't even want to get down. However, the flowers were beautiful. They reminded me of our farm when I was a little girl.

We were in Bluebell country, so we had to have ice cream, of course!

New Big Boy Room!

We finally finished Reid's room...well almost. I still need to paint clouds. Not sure if I want it to be a cloudy day or not! I put the link on our site because I was very pleased with the quality of the  mural pieces. Reid really likes it...he better like cars for a LONG time! Hee hee.

He actually saw most of this before when I had things taped up. But now it is all finished!

Our Get-a-Way Vacation

Matt and I took our first vacation away since the boys were born.  I think the last time we got away was when we went to Yellowstone when I was pregnant with Reid. This time we went to the hill country. We had a great time. The first day we actually got a late start and painted Reid's room. (We are working on his big-boy room!) That evening, we headed to SA and had dinner on the river walk. The second day we just hung out by the pool and enjoyed cocktails. The third day we toured a cave, had lunch in Boerne, went to Sister Creek Vinards, kayaked down the Guadalupe River, had dinner on Canyon Lake, ice cream in Gruene, and stayed at Cindy and Dennis' for the night. I think we've decided that we aren't really the laying around the pool type people when it comes to vacations. The last day was more our speed. However, it did force us to really relax! Thanks to Aunt Suzanne and Mom who took care of the kids back home!

Guitar and Fishing Pole!

Aunt Cindy and Uncle Dennis got Reid a Guitar and Quinn a fishing pole for Easter.  Now Quinn won't have to fish with a golf ball retriever! Reid has been walking around the house playing for us all day! I'd love it if he could learn to play!
